At Interiortrendz, we understand that purchasing furniture is a considered decision.
Our goal is to provide clear, fair guidelines while respecting the craftsmanship and care that go into each piece we create.
Because our collection includes both ready-to-ship home décor and made-to-order furniture, return and cancellation policies vary by product type. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
🏠 Non-Furniture Items
(Canvas wall art, compressed home products, décor accessories, and similar items)
Return Window
Most non-furniture items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Free from stains, odors, or damage

Returned with original packaging and protective materials intact
Items received after the 14-day window are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping (Non-Furniture Items)
For returns initiated due to preference or ordering errors, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Interiortrendz cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
🛋️ Large Furniture & Made-to-Order Items
(Sofas, modular seating, storage units, outdoor storage sheds, and oversized furniture)
Our furniture pieces are carefully prepared, and many are produced specifically for each order.
For this reason, special return and cancellation conditions apply.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders for large furniture and made-to-order items may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.
After this 24-hour window, orders typically enter the production or preparation stage.
After Production Begins
Once production or freight preparation has started:

Cancellations, refunds, or order changes are not guaranteed

Returns or exchanges for different sizes, configurations, or variants are generally not supported
Any requests made after this stage are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration production progress, materials used, and logistics arrangements.
This approach allows us to remain fair while respecting the work already invested in each custom piece.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture items after the 24-hour cancellation window

Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items

Products that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly:

Non-furniture items: within 7 days of delivery

Large furniture items: within 48 hours of delivery
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
In cases where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, all related return shipping costs will be covered by Interiortrendz.
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval or inspection.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
